🚚 2. Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time across India: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
- In rare cases of delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.
Shipping Charges:
We currently offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
🔁 3. Return & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority!
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories (attachments, charging cable, manual) must be included.
- Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-returnable items:
- Products showing physical damage after use
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Hygiene-related damages due to improper handling

💰 4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
If the returned item fails inspection (damaged or used), the refund may be partially or fully declined.
🛡️ 5. Warranty Policy
All Carenxt body massagers come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering electrical or mechanical defects.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or water exposure
To claim warranty, contact us at support@carenxt.com with your order ID and product video/image.
💳 6. Payment & Security
We accept all major payment methods — Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.
All transactions on Carenxt.in are processed securely using SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways.
For Cash on Delivery orders, additional verification may be required.
📦 7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
- To cancel, email Carenxt.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9416620695 your order ID.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned as per our policy.
