Attach the suitable massage head, turn it on, and move it gently over the target area (back, neck, shoulders, legs, etc.) for 10–15 minutes.

You can use it on your back, neck, shoulders, arms, thighs, legs, and feet. Avoid using it on open wounds or swollen areas.

The massager comes with 8 unique attachments, each designed for different body parts and pressure levels.
9️⃣ Is the Carenxt Massager rechargeable?
