🕒 7-Day Easy Return Policy
You can return your Carenxt Body Massager or any other product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
✅ The product is unused and undamaged
✅ All original accessories and packaging are included (attachments, cable, manual, etc.)
✅ A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is available
Once your return request is verified, our team will guide you through the process to pick up or ship back the item.
⚙️ Return Process
1️⃣ Request Return:

2️⃣ Provide Details:
Share your order ID, issue description, and clear product photos/videos (in case of defects).
3️⃣ Approval:
Once reviewed, our team will confirm your eligibility and share pickup or shipping instructions.
4️⃣ Return Pickup:
We’ll arrange pickup for eligible returns, or you can ship the item back to the address provided.
💸 Refund Policy
After receiving your returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
If approved, we’ll initiate a refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
💰 Refund Methods:
- Prepaid orders: Amount refunded to original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund processed via bank transfer or store credit.
⚠️ Refunds may be denied if:
- The product shows signs of use, damage, or mishandling.
- Accessories or parts are missing.
- The return request was made after 7 days of delivery.
🔄 Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
Replacement will be approved only after verifying product condition through photos or videos shared with our support team.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
- If the product is defective or damaged: Carenxt will bear all return shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, etc.): Customers may need to cover shipping costs.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted if:
- Product has been used or shows physical damage after delivery.
- Product is missing original packaging or parts.
- The return window (7 days) has expired.

All Carenxt products include a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty for electrical and mechanical issues.
