🛍️ 1. About Us

Carenxt is a wellness and personal care brand that offers body massagers and health accessories designed to promote relaxation, stress relief, and better well-being.

We sell physical products online through our official website www.carenxt.in and deliver them across India.

💳 2. Orders & Payments

All prices displayed on Carenxt.in are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments can be made securely via Razorpay, using Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious order (full refund will be issued in such cases).

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
We currently ship orders only within India.

🔁 4. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible items.
You can request a return or replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

🛡️ 5. Warranty Policy

All Carenxt products come with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty against electrical or mechanical defects.

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage or misuse
Water damage or wear & tear
Unauthorized repairs

To claim warranty, contact our support team at support@carenxt.com with your Order ID and issue details.

🧾 6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
To cancel, email support@carenxt.com with your Order ID.

🔒 7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.
All personal and payment information shared during checkout is securely processed through Razorpay using SSL encryption.
We do not store or share any sensitive payment data with third parties.
